    The tv has great quality but however the tv doesn't allow for the updated Hulu application which is the only down fall to this product.

    HULU Live will not work on this model

    we purchased this Samsung Model TV for our daughter and her fiance for Christmas. When they setup the TV, we found out that HULU Live will not work on this model. The purpose of purchasing this model was for them to stop using their Firestick since this is a SmartTV design. Also, the price was lowered before the 30 days therefore, we are eligible for a refund. We plan to exchange this TV for Model 7100 in order for the Smart TV to actually work with Hulu Live TV according to the specs of the newer model.

      Please know that the NU6900 does feature many advancements to bring you clear, sharp, vibrant picture enjoyment, including PurColor (for millions of rich colors), HDR10+ (for exceptional dynamic range), and Motion Rate 120 (for fluid motion). I am sorry this model disappointed.

    Great TV for a budget price

    I sometimes (once in 2 days) see vertical and horizontal lines on the TV. Also Amazon Prime Video and Hulu would suddenly stop working/playing videos and I have to restart the TV multiple times to make it work.

    The only reason this wasn't a five star is because for what ever reason Hulu will not work properly on this TV using the TV'S app. Hulu will work through the Blue ray player.

    i bought so I could cut the cable, only to find out that this series of Samsung does not get hulu or others. it may be a good product, but not for my purposes.

    We have no complaints on this Smart TV except that the Hulu app doesn't seem to have all the shows that you can get On XBox One App or any other app even though you login to your account. So some of my shows I had to mirror screen from my phone to TV to watch on this TV. Also after unplugging it will not remember your Network Settings which is annoying

    The television works fine picture is good. Cannot get the full Hulu for some reason so I can't watch live TV outside. Why would I not be able to get whatever app I want on a brand new smart TV?

    My only issue with this TV is that it does not always work with my Hulu account and I have to reset it to get it to unfreeze. The same occurred using my prime account. Otherwise picture is good.

    1 of the draw backs is, it doesn't have bluetooth. I was really dissapointment. Another issue with my TV is, I cannot use HULU, Yoututbe TV. It just keeps loading, and I have read online, since this is a Holiday special, it doesn't have all the options as the other ones.

    I bought this tv because of the great price and good picture. I was completely disappointed when I couldn't use the apps-Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. The tv won't connect to my internet, and I even upped my internet to make sure it was strong enough. Called Samsung and they keep telling me it's the internet; called the internet and they keep telling me it's Samsung. Have a technician coming out to check on the tv-hope they can fix it, or I'll be returning.

    I like the TV quite a bit. It was an open box purchase so it was a good deal. I have another Samsung start tv that works better. The Hulu app won't update to the newer version and there seems to be some lag from the remote. Otherwise I think it's a great tv. As always, the picture is great with the right settings. I'd recommend Samsung but maybe another model.

    This was a tv I ended up returning. I got it on Black Friday for $399. Didn't realize it was a "holiday" tv. The original Best Buy employee said this was best tv in price range. I was debating between this and a little more expensive tv. When I returned tv I had another Best Buy employee explain the "tiers" of tv. There is holiday, entry level, mid level, and top of the line. You get what you pay for people! Picture quality great. But the smart tv functions were limited. The Hulu app doesn't support my live tv. Many of the apps were lacking. I would only recommend if the smart tv apps were not something you want.
