The griddle is cheaply made as the griddle is sratched up just from washing it and pans rubbing against it from cooking. The most frustrating issue is the control panel. When baking it’s not possible to raise or lower the temperature to bake at.

Self Clean or other buttons do not light up or respond, or panel is locked on Samsung oven

Use it all the time. I just received the air fry basket that I purchased from Samsung. I'm sure I will be using it all the time. One less extra appliance on the counter. Goes great with the rest of my Samsung appliances.

My only complaint is the oven controls can’t be seen in a darker area or condition. I have to turn on the microwave light to see the controls clearly. Needs to be printed more brightly or have a back light.

The high-power burner is useful for large pots and the grills on top are level and allow for sliding pans off to the side.

Easy to clean, everything is metal, no plastic handles or knobs. Oven heats quickly and cooks evenly. Burners are very powerful with a variety of sizes for different pans.

Our old stove stopped working and we needed a new one. Made a trip to BestBuy and found this one. After hearing about all its' features, we opted to own it. We don't cook a lot so haven't tried out everything, but love the way it looks, and love the extra burners with varying flames.

I went back to gas after 10 years of electric and this range is so much more feature rich than I knew existed. Smart things app is a great safety net especially for gas. Even cooking in oven and clean flame on stove top.
