The stove was delivered on March 22nd to a new home. We did not move into the home until April 11th. On the first use of the oven portion on April 14th, flames filled the entire oven compartment. We promptly turned the oven off and reported the issue to Samsung. So far after one visit to our home, the stove is still not usable and we do not have a timeline for repair. If it is not repaired by May 1st, we are going to return the stove.

It's a beautiful stove and the deal I got for it was amazing. I guess you have to get used to the time it takes to ignite the burners.

Great Gas Range that can be connect with a smart device. I can preheat the oven with my phone and watch the cook time.

This is an excellent unit and the sales staff is very helpful and the process to order is simple and quick. the delivery is quick and the set up is fast and the team provide a quick demonstration of the key function and answered all our questions.

I don't do a lot of cooking and have not tried out all of the offering on the stove, but so far so good. I like the idea of setting my baking time, because I have over cooked a lot of things in the pass because I did not have this featurel.

I really like it, I haven’t had problems with it It bakes really good it hold temperature where I set it.

Well made range, and the controls for all the features are not overly complicated. Only complaint is that the burner cover for the center "griddle" burner does not have the same finish as the other four. The griddle burner stains more easily, and is more difficult to clean as a result.

Still getting used to using gas stove. The middle griddle option is great. Wish it would have come with an air frying basket.

Love it, but wish I purchased a stainless steel option instead of black

Although it might have been a bit of a pain to setup, the automations you have with the oven are definitely worth it!

Beautiful. I love the way it cooks and cleans up easily. I recommend putting lining over the surface helps alot so it doesn't get spots on the range. I managed to change the orfices on mu own. Don't know how I achieved but I did.

Looks great and seems well built. I love that the griddle burner is designed so that you can use your own griddle instead.

I like it. It would be nice if you could get it already set up for propane

Great item and easy to set up, Had to connect to the app several times but the programming was a little complicated…but once it was paired…Made life and cooking easy!! Was to set from phone and walk away!!

Love my stove but wish it would come with a user friendly manual on how to use it.

I love this. The griddle is great. The airbake is soooo fast. I usually bake my thin crust pizza for 12 minutes but found I need to bake it for only 10 minutes.

The team is very professional, courteous and friendly. The item worked as demonstrated and look brand new.

This oven has lots of feature. I just used the stove top and bake. Haven't tried the convection and air fry. I don't think I will ever use the smart options. Overall, this is good.
