A definite step up from our 22 year old stove that was rusting. Why do they ask for reviews when you've hardily owned the thing?

While cooking the greae pops on stove. its a daily clean. I got thisxstoce in February and the motherboard andcfrobt screen is out. I cant you oven atcall. waitingvon replacement parts now. Wish i could return. So disappointed

Poor lot made stove and knobs.

Do your homework and make a wise choice. I enjoy cooking and really appreciate this new range. This model is well maded and high tech. It has heavy iron stovetop grills, breaks down to clean easy. When baking it give off almost no radiant heat.

Huge disappointment...

After 4 months, all stove functions stopped working. As I learned in a painful way, Samsung's customer service is useless. It takes endless time to get through the countless transfers just to end up with a Samsung approved repair service that don't return phone calls, don't hold appointments and have generally a 1 or 2 star rating. This was my last big ticket Samsung item. Back to iPhone and any other brand of appliance but Samsung.
