It isn't even close, according to the oven thermometer I have in it. I just dealt with it, turned up the requested temp, and wait an extra 15-20 mins for it to get closer, since otherwise I don't use it enough for it to have bothered me. But, now that I have had issues with 3 of the 4 new Samsung appliances I bought just under a year ago...it is already out of warranty. What expensive new appliance has a 10-month warranty?

Plastic knobs break easily

I paid for deliver AND installation yet did not get anyone to help w either. I had to ask a friend to pick it up and install it. I paid him out of pocket (on top of what I paid Best Buy) for pickup/delivery and installation. WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM THEM AGAIN
