We are really enjoying our new stove. It was easy to set up and we were using it an hour after it arrived.

I love this stove.. cooks as stated and really looks extremely nice. The only thing is clean up.. It would be nice and helpful if it came with a sample product to clean the stove top. Overall I would recommend this product.

Smart Slide‑in Gas Range with Air Fry & Convection – Stainless Steel Model:NX60BG8315SS/AAS SKU: 6529930 Purchase Date:December 2024 I am sharing my experience to inform other customers about significant safety concerns and the challenges I faced after purchasing this stove. I bought this Samsung gas range from Best Buy in December 2024. Shortly after installation, the unit malfunctioned and caused a kitchen fire in my home. The incident resulted in damage to my walls, backsplash, appliances, and potentially my flooring. I am grateful the situation did not escalate further. What has been even more difficult is the lack of support afterward. I contacted Best Buy and Samsung immediately after the fire, and my claim was directed to Sedgwick, the insurance company that handles these matters. Unfortunately, the process has been extremely slow and inconsistent. My assigned representative (Shelly Bass) did not communicate effectively, and despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue, I have not received a clear resolution or timeline for repairs. At this time, I remain without a functioning stove because the replacement cost of the same model has increased significantly since my original purchase. I have also been unable to replace other appliances damaged in the fire, including my microwave, air fryer, and pressure cooker. I am posting this review, so customers are aware of my experience with both the product and the claims process. I hope that sharing this encourages improvements in safety, communication, and accountability for future customers. I have loss thousands of dollars as the result of acquiring this Samsung stove from Best Buy and is not fair.

Great oven, easy install, worked great as expected

GreatGas Range with Air Fry and Convection options. Looks modern, and the oven heats fast. One thing I am missing is the top middle grate as an extra option. You need to notice that the central top grate piece is a solid grate burner only, which is not a burner piece that is placed on the regular grate piece, like the other ones. It is probably possible to locate and purchase another grate middle piece, but that will be at an extra cost (after finding the one that fits this range).

Stove is amazing. The option to send time to oven with bake time and temp.

Top notch stove. Use it EVERYDAY! Air fry option is good. Don't have to buy a separate appliance. Overall GREAT stove. Highly recommend this stove!!

Very advance and easy-to-use Range, looks and features compare to ranges that cost almost double in other brands.

It's the best investment ever. Omg, I love my stove. I cooked on this stove for Thanksgiving, and it was a blast. The stovetop is very large, with plenty of room for my larger pots. Not to mention, the air fryer is great for healthy options. It's just a great buy. I would recommend this product and I already have.

I am a big fan of Samsung and their appliances. zi recently sold my house and moved and had to buy new appliances and had to grab the range. Looks great, baking is flawless in the oven. I enjoy the option to airy as well. Self cleaning and easy to clean top is a major plus for this item. I would definitely recommend this too. others to buy.

Last year I bought a refrigerator and recently purchased the stove of my life from Best Buy, and it has completely exceeded my expectations! The setup was quick and easy. I am a puertorrican and i love Best Buy!!!
