The burners work well but the glass top gets scratched really easy. Iv'e tried the recommended cleaners and it's still really bad after only a few months of use. Also the baking in this oven is very poor. It isn't consistent as some times it takes way longer to bake something than it should and other times it cooks the same item faster and it burns...ex: I cook a lot of bread... a loaf that should take 45 minutes to bake sometimes takes 53 minutes, and other times that same recipe will be done in 40 minutes.

Heats up, but won't hold at temperature, temp drops at least 70 degrees. Called Samsung, had me recalibrate. Didn't work. Called again, sent tech who said the sensor was faulty. Still didn't work. Called again...I need a working oven, which is what I paid for. They want to send someone again! No!! I paid for a brand new, working oven. Not one to be pieced together. I've loved Samsung, but will never buy another one. Still waiting on a call from the escalation team. We'll see what happens!
