Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The oven broke in a month. We paid for the warranty coverage, and they sent someone to inspect it. I had to wait a few days before they could send someone, and when they did they said we had insect damage and that it was not covered by the warranty. And that because it was insect damage, they were not allowed to touch it. My Old appliance I had for years and never had any issues. The worker said he would send me information on how much it would cost to have someone come and fix it but I never heard back from anyone. My neighbor has the same oven and later told me that her oven is always breaking down and that 2 of the stove tops stopped working. I recommend buying an old appliance, because these new ones are not made to last.

Lemon Stove

Since I purchased it I have had to repair it a few times because the oven will not heat evenly under 405. Of course the last time I called to have it repaired the extended care I purchased ran out by a couple of weeks and the same issue is still happening where the oven does not cook evenly. I basically received a lemon stove.

Do not buy this oven!!!

Research online shows the oven will eventually stop working if the display is not replaced. The part costs $100!!! Samsung customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I would avoid this oven and this company.
