I bought this stove for my mother-in-law and after 13 days the oven stopped working. Fortunately, Best Buy replaced it for free and took away the damaged one. I wouldn't recommend it. But it's very pretty and heats up very quickly.

Although this stove is beautiful and have great features this is not the stove I ordered. I was suppose to have a air fryer. Besides that I would fully recommend this stove. I will be exchanging this one for the same brand with the air fryer installed.

The stove has been nothing but problems since we purchased it. The oven does not hold the temperature it drops between 10 and 30° every time you try to cook something. We've called numerous times they sent three people out saying they had to calibrate the heating element. It still does not work properly. We couldn't cook Christmas dinner last year or Thanksgiving dinner this year. Dealing with Samsung support is awful also. Three times my wife is called and they've told her she would have to pay for a technician to come out and she has to explain everything all over again.. The technician comes out says it's fixed try it again and it doesn't work. Also one night my wife and I are watching TV and we heard a loud crash in the kitchen. Went to the kitchen to find the oven door glass had exploded all over the floor. The oven wasn't even on at the time. We've asked for a replacement stove and they say no they can fix it . this has been going on for 1 year now. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not buy a Samsung stove.

This stove was one of my cheaper options, but doesn’t feel cheap. I've only had it a month, so can't speak to durability, but it's operated great so far.

A relatively inexpensive stove that works well. We are happy with the new stove. The oven is nice too. It sings a little song when it's finished. Some may find that annoying.

Gentle men were kind! They asked us to come inside to do an inspection. We bought it at the outlet. Dented in the back—we took it home took it apart and it works awesome!!! Saved $275!!

Feels flimsy. Buttons can be hard to press. Burners heat up quickly, oven does not.

This Electric Range has it all, including wifi and Steam Clean. I bought this Samsung to go with my other appliances, but glad I did. Very nice stove. What's not to like!

Gets hot really quickly and easy to clean. However, after the first couple of uses the burner already has what seems to be permanent stains on the burner from maybe water that boiled over.

So far it is good. Easy to clean and easy to set up and operate
