looked at several different brands that had the dual oven, once we saw the samsung we knew this was the one we wanted, havent used it to its potential yet but so far very happy with it.

Buyer beware. Had this range for 6 months and got rid of it. I must be a very patient person. Within the first month the burners either were cold (to the point I could put my hands on them) or burning my food. Constantly had to turn on the left burner to get the right burner to heat. By 6 months the oven started acting up. My first Samsung from 10 years ago was perfect. This one was junk!

The delivery and installation were quick with no dents or scratches but the oven itself started having issues within three days. I used the air fryer option twice before the lower oven fan began sounding like an ice chip maker. I had Samsung support on the phone while I replicated the situation and then took a video of it, I isolated it to just the lower oven when in convection mode at 400F and above. The service center doesn't call you back until 24-48 hours (with no known number to give you). It's easier just to return the device to Best Buy and be without an oven for awhile.
Aside from the convection issues, the back right burner doesn't warm up evenly and the front burner on the small ring takes forever to boil a pot of water. The rapid boil ring is the largest one and ridiculously too big for boiling water for one person. The look is great and I didn't have an issue with the glass scratching at all.
Note the "remote start" function is a misnomer as you CAN'T remote start the device- you can only send the oven settings to the device remotely through the app or Alexa then have a person manually click the start button to initiate the setting. This is due to obvious safety issues but really annoying that it's being advertised as such. Also if safety was such a concern you should be able to remotely turn off the burners to prevent accidental turn-ons or living with people who have dementia that leave on the burner but NOPE that safety feature doesn't exist...

I have been using the stove for about two weeks. Everything seems to work fine but my only concern is the amount of hot air coming out of top left vent when Air Fryer in use.
