Works great. Really great actually. When cooking, we have to do 50 degrees less than recommended and 3-5 minutes less.

Nice stove, but the cord is 30 amp, and you need 50 amp. Therefore, you will have to hire an electrician to change it at an additional cost!!!!!
The air fryer is useless as it is too big of a space.

What a saga this has been.

This whole purchase and installation process has been a nightmare. I can't even blame one person or company for the experience. I ordered two Samsung appliances (oven and dishwasher), which both showed up damaged. They were installed anyway, as they still functioned, with the promise of exchange for new appliances. I had to call in multiple times to get the exchange to happen. Then when they didn't show up on my scheduled appointment I had to call in again and it turned out the person I spoke with didn't properly process the exchange. So I had to wait additional time to get the replacements. Once those arrived, one of the new appliances (oven) was damaged more than the first one, so I had to refuse delivery on it. Called in the next day and was told I had to wait again. Called in another day later to be told I couldn't exchange the appliance, I had to return it and order another one. During this process I was offered a gift card for my troubles, which I thought was nice since I hadn't asked for compensation. So... I ordered the replacement and waited another 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone who could process my return, only to be told I would in fact not be getting the gift card unless I call back in days after the now new again appliance is supposed to be installed. Even then, only if it manages to arrive undamaged. So I'll have to wait to see if that one is damaged or not and may or may not get the promised compensation. At this point I've spent more than 6 hours either talking to people or on hold to get this accomplished, and it's still going to be another week before it might be over. By the time this happens it will have been nearly 6 weeks of back and forth. Worst part is that none of my "concierge" team is seemingly able to handle everything in one stop. Multiple hold times and multiple teams to accomplish all of this. Again, not the fault of any one person, but nevertheless it's been a nightmare that I hope to never repeat. The oven works nice, and I even got the replacement cheaper because it's now on sale, but I'd really like to have one that isn't damaged.

Best Buy did a really bad job

The oven is spectacular and works flawlessly. Best Buy really dropped the ball on this one. I ordered the stove in September of 21, and it was supposed to be delivered in mid-November. The delivery day came in went without any contact from Best Buy. I had taken the day off from work. I called the next day, and they informed me that it was on backorder. It would have been nice to know this, so I didn't have to lose a day of vacation. They set the new delivery day in early January of 22. The driver came, and as he was installing the stove, he told me that I was his first and last delivery of the day. He felt really sick and took the truck back to the depot and went to the hospital. He also told me that he couldn't install the tip guard since he was a subcontractor to Best Buy. I had paid extra for this to be done. He told me that Geek Squad would install it. A few days after the oven was here, I had COVID-19; my wife had it the next day, and the kids all contracted it over the next few days. While I was sick with COVID, Geek Squad called to inform me that they were on their way over to install the tip guard. I told them that I had COVID and they should stay away. Then a few weeks later, they called, and I discovered that the tip guard had been taken back to the depot with the driver. They made several more appointments without contacting me, and still, no guard was supposed to be ordered after the second attempt. Now I have the guard, and no attempts have been made to install it. So I finally had another company come to install it. I was told that I would get a discount for the troubles, but nobody has called.

This stove is okay. I have had it for a year and the front right range cooks faster than the other side. I don’t like how it doesn’t seem to fit all of my pans. It looks nice. I never used the option to control through my phone.
