Expandable burner burns everything

Ive contacted manufacturer… had me try and reset burners and reset wntire stove… these expandable burners will burn your house down if you turn yout back. On the loweset setting its still cooks on high. Safety hazard. Samsung is the worst brand for any appliances.

Very disappointed because the first one sent to home had a huge dent in the side of it and had to wait 10 days for replacement after i had taken my old one out. No stove for 10 days sucks

I love the look of my new oven. I’m not happy about having to clean it. The stovetop being black, shoe’s everything! I need to resd the manual to get more acquainted with all of the perks. A double oven spoils me. ☺️

Looks great. Con: IF you try to make a pizza in the smaller upper oven, it will be soggy because there is no heating element on the bottom. Also, you can see through the glass cooktop when a light shines on it.

This oven looks great. It has a lot to live up to after that. The eyes get very hot on lower settings. You can burn things on 4. The larger variable-sized eye is the opposite. It can take forever to boil water. It took 17 minutes to bring water to a boil the other day. The oven cooks well but the control panel on top has never worked right.
Overall, for the appliance's price, I hoped for more consistency and not have to babysit the thing.

Not truly a double oven. We bought to conserve energy, but the removable shelf does not keep upper section of oven from heating up to a certain extent.
