The salesman told us no one had the one we wanted in stock and the factory was on backorder. So we purchased this. We had to purchase a $100 membership to their club to get $300 off the purchase price. Then my wife found the one we wanted on Home Depot so we canceled. They canceled everything but the $100 membership. What am I gonna do with that? Shame on them!

Where do I start... pros: beautiful looking oven.
Cons: it smells like burnt rubber evertime I turn on. Takes a few minutes for the smell to stop. The burners take long to get get hot and I swear that dont get as hot as my old stove. For the cost, not worth this poor quality and i sure would like to know where smell comes from.

Shadiest store ever in Augusta ga. Had to wait a month to get it delivered and after having me wait all day they call 15 minutes before the window expires to say they aren’t coming. They were supposed to call to reschedule within 48 hours and didn’t. They sold my unit and covered it up

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND MORE HORRIBLE. Should have known better than to buy a second Samsung appliance. Control board only works if you grit your teeth the right way, stand on your head and twirl your left arm in circles. DO NOT BUY!!

Its pretty thats all it is. The temperature regulation on the stove top and the oven are off! Med heat is not medium heat! Its either red hot or low!!!!! The oven is just as bad!

Door latch broke after a single use so only top small door could open. Back panel was bulging. Enamel was chipping off the inside frame from where the screw from the door hits the oven cavity.
Quality is definitely lacking and I returned since I do not trust this style to not break on me.

Its a good stove just its not easy to clean the cooktop.
Not sure what kind of glass you used when in production for the cooktop but its not worth it.
Its always smears and gets foggy.

We did not get this stove, they told us we could pick the stove up jan 13 but when it got closer to pick up time they changed the date to feb 20th , no guarantee they will have it then. Canceled the order.
