    Previous 55” Samsung only lasted 4 years, but I bought another as they were only manufacturer with a 60” model. Picture seems ok for qled but don’t see it as any better than old led…def not worth price difference imo. My issue and reason for 1 star is the smart hub is horrible. App icons are small and cannot be enlarged. Also, TV has a sponsored app called Freevee that I dont want yet it cannot be deleted or even moved from the 1st spot in app lineup…and a huge section of the screen is taken up with an ad for this unwanted app. Jeez — why would you do this Samsung? This makes me never want to use this app and certainly not buy another Samsung. So disappointed…if things like this bother you then don’t buy a Samsung.

      We appreciate your feedback on the interface and image quality of your Q60B TV. To ensure you've got the latest optimizations, please be sure your unit is running the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.

    Yellow bars!

    Upon arrival I noticed the tv was very yellow tinted. I messed with the color settings and it still was bothering me. The next day I was swapping through apps and could see there was a line where the apps turned from white to yellow. So we put on a white screen, and there was a large visible yellow bar through the center of the tv. I looked online and couldn’t find any support except to do the “device care” diagnoses through the tv settings. I tried to click it and the tv had an alert saying “Not available”. So we couldn’t even get a diagnoses!! Reddit said to unplug and replug the tv back in. I did it and the YELLOW BAR INCREASED IN SIZE!! I was shocked. I will also say I was not impressed with the picture quality.

    Overall excellent TV. Pros: Crisp, clean, sharp, picture. TV turns on instantly-no waiting. Light weight, and easy to hang/mount on a wall. The colors in the picture create a viewing experience as if you were there---amazing. Cons: Sound can be tinny, setup is always annoying, finding connected devices is a challenge, till you get used to it, or use the built in Alexa for ease--but I wont--Alexa makes me edgy. Note: I added a sound bar for better sound, now the TV is seriously AWESOME!

    Amazing TV, best picture at this price point out of all the TVs I looked at in store, really worth it. Only drawback is the remote seems to be having issues connecting and staying connected after only owning it for less than a year

    Quality is good , sound is great for movie nights with my girlfriend . I’d like to add before I speak of the downside that this tv gets used a lot it’s in my living room , it is used for movies, sports , and game nights . It is on id say a good 5-8 hrs a day Now after almost a year I purchased this on may 20th it is now may 3rd . My right side of the screen is having dark spots and outlines which aren’t really visible , the only time I notice is when you’re watching a movie and it fades black u see one side is darker but once the scene comes back you can notice it a little bit but it goes away . Hopefully it doesn’t get worse. Tv also gets slow at times going through the menu . Those are only the two down sides I have experienced

    Excellent picture. Installation by Geek Squad was great. Light weight. Easy to set up with Geek Squad tech. User friendly loading of apps and all settings. Sound quality good enough that additional speakers unnecessary. Easy to access Wi-Fi to download apps and streaming services.

    No operating documentation, no onscreen direction, Existing prime subscription not recognized. Zero instruction on sue of control unit, COME ON SAMSUNG, SPEND AN EXTRA BUCK ON A USER MANUAL!! SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT!!

    Picture looks good at times but there are aeveral spots on the bottom on and the entire upper right corner has bleeding light from the edge lighting. Looks good on light pictures but when trying to watch something dark or a movie it is extremely noticeable and actually quite frustrating. I expected better from Samsung

    This was a replacement for 2011 samsung TV. The pictures quality and functions are great and easy to use. The new TV remote also operates my surround system.

    Working in the television/telecommunications industry I come across a variety of television manufacturers with an array of user interactions. Samsung has always surpassed my expectations with a amazing picture quality and its sleek design. This television here has by far the best picture quality that I've seen In a midrange price budget. I would say the only con I've come across is the interaction features seem to freeze up from time to time and I would just have to wait a minute or two for the features to catch up, then proceed with the controls. I suspect it's probably a software glitch and will work itself out in future software updates. Pros definitely weight out the con and would definitely recommend this particular model.
