Returned a 75" Sony for this Samsung. The picture quality is exceptional. I have the 9800 series and the only wish is that i could afford the 78". Movies and sports are almost lifelike.

There is a lot that u can't do on the web browser. We can't watch videos from websites and some apps.

Before I purchased this TV I was down in my research to the Samsung KS9800 and the LG C6. Luckily when I arrived at Best Buy they were sitting right next to each other, so comparison was easy. While the OLED had better darks the Samsung had better brightness. So it was really a toss up. Samsung at the time had a better offer. If I bought the tv on that date they would throw in the 4k Bluray player for free. I took the bait and here is my testimony: Picture quality: 4K Bluray movies with HDR were just jaw dropping. This set truly shows that HDR is not a gimmick. The inky blacks were not washed out when paired with bright lights in the scene. The color spectrum provided a wider array than I thought was possible. Now I will say that it took some adjustments to make some motion judder go away, but setting blur to 10, judder to 0, and clear motion off seemed to do the trick. When watching Directv it looks different, but as we all know it's output is 1080i. It really just depends on the broadcast, somethings look better than others. I for one think it looks as good as any other tv in terms of picture of network broadcasts. Remote: Actually after hearing a bunch of complaints about this remote I was expecting nothing special, but I really like it! It is very simple and maybe some dislike that, but I like it cause it isn't busy. Everything you need runs through the home button which is displayed on the tv. The user interface is simple and smart. I can make quick adjustments on the fly without stopping my show or movie. Overall I love this tv. The only thing I really had to correct was the motion portion to get rid of some choppiness. Give this set a shot and you will be blown away with what it has to offer!
