It has a great picture and sound and was simple to set up because i have a samsung phone and already have a samsung account. Im watching a nascar race right now and it is awsome. The price did go down $100 after i bought it and they had now problem crediting my account. Also easy to navigate thru all the apps.

It's definitely a step above what we had previously. Picture quality is amazing. Awesome product and great in-store service. We're very happy with it and that we purchased it from Best Buy. I previously purchased all new Samsung kitchen appliances from Best Buy and just as the TV everything is better than what I expected. If you are shopping for a TV or a dishwasher, make sure to shop at Best Buy.

Constant streaming interruption

It is not limited to one particular app, and mobile devices show strong WiFi signal. Sometimes it has taken almost an hour to resolve if I don't feel like resetting the router. Software shows as "up to date", and Samsung customer support has been unhelpful so I am returning to try another brand.

And had small damage in the screen and I have to throw it .. But God gave me the same TV in amazing condition for $250 … Best Buy is the best place to purchase and you want regret… open box in that standards… hmm ..

Samsung Neo-QLED 65" TV with Soundbar

Installation took a while, but went very smoothly with great results. The room is very bright in the late afternoon but the picture is still very clear. Soundbar is amazing, outstanding subwoofer too! Perfect for the end of baseball season and early football games.
