Excellent service, I had a good conversation and advice. When I wanted to buy a television, it wasn't a very easy decision since I had to pay a high price, but the advisor was always attentive. Thank you very much.

Geek Squad install went well until it was time to fine tune the setup to match the replaced TV. They didn't succeed and the navigation screens are just a jumble of unwanted choices. No provided manual was at hand to help. Kinda wish I had my old Series 8 back...

Returned the tv. Dark images unpleasant to view. My 10 yr old Samsung had better resolution, brightness.

The TV was damaged and has been giving me issues since with the picture! Bot worth the price tag.

Amazing tv for the price

I've owned several Samsung tv's, and several from other manufacturers. Samsungs have always lasted the longest.
This tv has a remarkable, fast, responsive operating system. Every streaming app I use is available for this tv. I was pleasantly surprised about the Amazon Luna app, that supports many of the most popular games, free with plus.
The screen is amazing, beautiful colors, excellent contrast. I can't speak to how it would appear in a very bright environment, but I can say that it is excellent in a moderately bright room. I use a separate streaming device, but it is not necessary with the smart operating system.
The internal speakers sound better than most, but I still use a sound system for audio.
