    Set up and user interface was not as smooth and easy as expected. Picture quality is decent. The true black is very nice, but the HD 4k feels lacking. Prefer my older LG OLED over my Samsung

To ensure you’ve got the latest performance and image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience.     I feel like this is a pretty solid TV but I'm not sure I like how it renders movies. The picture on sports is fantastic but I can't seem to get the settings right for movies and I get the "soap opera" effect that doesn't feel cinematic. I've followed several fine tuning videos but I don't love the final product and the AI coloring features are a bit sloppy as i see noticeable screen changes a second or two after the scene changes so I've tried to turn off that feature. It's more complicated than it should be. Still a great picture and I really do love it for TV/Sports.

    Great TV for the price highly suggest waiting until Black Friday to make it even more worth it and if you can try to snag it at a open box excellent excellent offer the color gray. The AI is pretty good in fluid no complaints so far really thin great TV for the price.

    Upgraded from an LG C4. Connects perfectly to my PC, able to game 144hz with VRR and HDR. Only thing I didn't like was navigatting and changing settings with excessive navigating. Definetly preferred LG navigating and faster experience.
