This television is a good picture tv and has a good quality picture, not so good on the sound

Great picture quality and with 120hz refresh rate gaming on this tv is very good. Overall, I cannot complain.

Absolutely incredible TV, the colors are extremely vibrant, settings are easy to navigate, and apps galore. Very pleased with this TV, definitely worth the money.

I wanted a Samsung, no other brand would do. But just like all other brands, Samsung sets mostly come with the dreaded chicken feet. Not this TV. When I saw it in full display on my desired 65” size with a center base, no need to look any further. It’s a beautiful tv with the coveted center base! Hope the TV manufacturers are listening.

Picture is amazing. I purchase a sound bar with the TV, so cannot speak to the sound produced by the TV.

The best 65 inch TV out there. The QDOLED display is the best out there for a 65 inch TV screen is extremely thin . pictures amazingly bright.

The TV we chose has a wonderful, clear picture with abundant color detail. Overall, we are very pleased with our decision to go to Best Buy.

Set up and user interface was not as smooth and easy as expected. Picture quality is decent. The true black is very nice, but the HD 4k feels lacking. Prefer my older LG OLED over my Samsung

The pixel coloring is wonderful. Such great detail. The screen thickness is that of a glass window which makes the TV so lightweight that I can easily move the TV. The setup time was only about 20 minutes which I thought was extraordinary fast. I am a happy customer, for sure. Bestbuy service is first rate.

Great picture and has some pretty sweet gaming features. Also really easy to wall mount.

Amazing picture, i bought this tv open box, it worked for 1 night the the screen wouldnt turn on, i loved the picture and sound so much when it worked that one night i bought it again after returning it, brand new. 3 months later the same error occured and the screen would randomly shut off until eventually not even working. Samsung secretly has a 1 year warranty you can use and theyll send a tech out to fix it thankfully. Cant wait for the tv to break a month after the warranty ends and im screwed. Never buying another samsung. I love the tv but am terrified its gonna break itself any day and that IS NOT okay with anything that costs this much money. Tldr: amazing picture, okay ui, terrible ai sound techology that randomly fluctuates volume horribly. Its my first 65" oled with 120hz capability. I think id be impressed with the licture no matter what. What matter most is this tv is not reliable and the warranty only covers a year unless you want to spend another 200 on a warranty.

Very happy with our new TV. Everything seems fine as far as picture/remote. Other Samsung lasted 6 years hoping to get that plus a couple more from this one.

I bought a 65” model and it fits great in the space our house already had designed for it. Great picture, wonderful sound.(I keep switching between the sound bar system and the television speakers to compare sound quality.) The only thing i’m still learning is the remote and the Samsung TV Plus feature. Definitely NOT a complaint .
