Only thing I don't like is that everytime I first turn it on the picture is blurry and does eventually adjust to a wonderful picture. I would think once it adjust it would stay that way for next time.

It either goes up unexpectedly or it goes mute without notice. Other than that like that it has a lot of preloaded apps and the gaming hub, which my son truly enjoys.

The warranty process has been frustrating and I will be without a TV for 2 weeks. I have had multiple phone calls and need 2 service visits since they did not have all the parts to fix the problem the first time, even though I verified that they would. Basically the whole guts of the TV needed to be replaced, not just the main board. I still wonder if this will be an issue after the warranty ends because no support will be given. Best buy wipes their hands of the product after it is sold and Samsung has been frustrating with limited support. I also had to demount the TV myself since everyone refuses to help with that process without a high fee.

Great OLED TV

We had help in store when looking through TVs. We looked through a lot of TVs before landing on this one. The main thing that we liked was the lack of glare and Knox security of this device. The OLED is also great for gaming.
