I walked into Bestbuy on Memorial Day to purchase a quality washer and dryer. I am a huge Samsung fan so naturally these caught my eye. After doing some research on product life, other customer reviews, and speaking to a family member who bought these a month ago, I decided on this dryer and the matching washer. IT RUNS SO QUIETLY!! The first time I put a load of clothes to wash in my family members dryer, I could barely hear it tumbling. The multiple drying options are very convenient for any fabric type or drying need.

I had an old Maytag Neptune Dryer Center that was going to cost me an arm and a leg to repair so I decided to get a new dryer. I looked around at features and this Samsung got my attention. I love the ton of dryer modes plus it has a great steam option It takes a little getting used to all the modes but it works great. It has plenty of space and it is Energy Saver certified. To sweeten the deal,since it was supposedly being replaced by a newer model, Best Buy had it for 200 dollars off.

It's huge! This thing can dry massive loads without being overly loud. It was also very easy to move around and set up.

Simple to use, very large drum. So far so good, huge improvements over old machine!

When we first got this the clothes were not all the way dry. After some playing with the settings it does it fine. Need to set it on "very dry" then it works fine. The ECO settings leaves the clothes damp. The anti static works great. This is big plus for me.

The dryer is great so far. Efficient, quiet, good looks. I don't have the steam hooked up yet. The buzzer isn't super loud. Overall happy.

Dryer works as promised. Quiet and dries good. Biggest problem is they sloped the top for styling making it impossible to put things on top

So far, this dryer has been terrific. Simple to use, cool design with the flattened display, dries clothes quickly, and very quiet. Doesn't require the use of dryer sheets, as it has an anti-static setting. No complaints so far!

Best Buy's option to finance a washer and dryer influenced me to get a Best Buy Credit Card and have not looked back since then. They offer tons of rewards for opening a card with them.

I have used several different brands and models of dryers over the years, and this dryer surpasses them all. Every full size load of clothes I have done has dried within 30-35 minutes! My king size down comforter was completely dry after just 1 bedding cycle! The interface is user friendly, and I love the fact that the display lets you know how many minutes are left for the drying cycle.

I waited for a sale to purchase the matching steam dryer. It comes with a plastic hose but get a metal hose. This feature is great for refreshing clothes. The first time my clothes were soaked but the second time I used the feature it was perfect and no problems since. I saw similar comments online therefore it was not a unique experience. It may be a good idea to first use the steam function with an old garment.

Looked around for awhile before deciding on this Samsung steam dryer. It's simple to use and has nice features. One thing to note, Best Buy notes that this dryer has smart capablities like alerting when a cycle is complete. This info is false, this dryer only has smart care which is kind of useless and a clunky app.
