What’s the point of buying a dryer with the steam and not have the kit!!! Now, I don’t even know how to install it myself, I’m a single mom and paid premium price for a steam dryer but can’t have one!!! Bad purchase experience and ultimately affected the product for me, since I can’t use it with the intent I bought it in the first place!

Seemed logical to do it since we already had it piped for it and my electric dryer was taking to long to dry things.

Had to have it replaced, which took WAY too long. Then, the replacement dryer looked to be an “open boxed” returned dryer with even more issues. That’s what you get with a 3 yr warranty?! Never again.

I need to run the machine for at least 3 hours in order to get my clothes dry. Very inefficient and not ideal for a household of more than 2 people.

Heating stopped from second time usage.. < 1 month

Stopped working (heat) from the second cycle run.. noticed issue with first run as well... not even a month old post delivery/install .. BestBuy cannot do anything as 2 weeks replacement policy expired and put the blame on Samsung warranty policy... Reached out to Samsung support.. technician visited and found that the gas ignition is faulty and need to be replaced ( to add up of our disappointment, they need to order the product and wait few more days/weeks ??).. come on,, bought as a brand new appliance and failed within weeks.. highly disappointed and frustrated with both BestBuy service and Samsung product.
