Trying to get a service call, should have returned this thing. Had to get new replacement due to recall, would never buy this dryer.

At first I was very nervous to shrink my clothes as there are so many options to choose from but after the first couple uses I’ve gotten the hang of it. The steam sanitize cycle on this dryer Is unbelievable how well it works. I run a car wash and after using the same shirts for 2 years the locked in odor that was forming was getting almost unbearable to work in. I figured I’d test out the steam sanitize cycle with my work shirts and they came out feeling and smelling like they have never been worn. Really a great substitute for dry cleaning if you don’t have days to leave your clothes with someone else to clean them. Other features that I love about this dryer include the wrinkle prevent feature: this adds unheated tumbling of the load after its dryer to prevent wrinkles from forming just in case you aren’t home or can’t get the load out of the dryer immediately. The damp alert feature: this will alert you when the load is 80% dry so you can take out heat sensitive items to line dry and let the rest of the load continue to dry and I love that you can customize exactly how much time you want the dryer to be on for by using the “adjust time” buttons on the dryer. I also love how no matter the size of the load I have put in everything has always come out fully dry after just one dry cycle. Great machine for a great price from a great company.
