Too expensive not to work

I am extremely disappointed in Tim the Appliance manager. He talked us into getting a Best Buy credit card stating that we could apply the 15% reward on our upcoming bill. I found out from Citi that this is not true. Tim should be fired for lying to me and my wife.

It takes two sessions of hour and half to get large items dry. The dryer doesn’t get really hot even on highest heat settings.

When drying large, bulky items, fill the drum to about 3/4 full. Do not add items over this level, as they need to tumble freely.

Unit never worked after "professional" install

No heat generated at all. Electronics/HMI malfunctioning. 100% lemon out of the box. 0% quality assurance. 17 days between purchase and service appointment. Nevermind the product, why would anyone even want to go through Best Buy service???
