I had my eye on this set for some time but our old set was still ticking away. When it finally died, I didn't want to pay the premium being asked for this set. I had originally purchased a set with a lot less bells and whistles but the dryer was not efficient. That was the sign I need to let me know I should switch it for this one. I love the small top washer for sports bras and cleaning rags. The top dryer is great for that last minute top you want to wear. The big washer and dryer can fit a ton of stuff while still maintaining great energy efficiency. The only thing I don't like is the lint trap. There are a few separate sections and not all the lint comes out but that could just be user error. They look great and they take up less space than our old set. The self cleaning light comes on automatically when it's time to clean it too.

It's big with lots of buttons but I find it is easy to use. Great to be able to dry delicates and sweaters separately to eliminate snagging. Large capacity for doing comforters. Filter is easy to clean. Quiet operation. Love it!

Okay, so when we first saw the flex system, we though "gimmick." We have anywhere from 5 to 9 people in the house and who is going to use the little washer or the little dryer on top. Boy were we wrong. The features are great. We use the little washer on top for small load, spill cleanups, delicates, etc. We use the dryer on top for sweaters, delicates, etc. AND, when the cycle is finished, the machine plays music. Isn't that great? Okay, the music is better than and buzzer. There are so many cycle options to choose from. We absolutely love the set - Flex Washer and Flex Dryer.

This dryer is amazing. I love the steam function, wrinkle free settings and the ease of use. It is quiet and gets the job done well. I love the energy savings functions and eco-dry which will lower my costs.

This machine is such an improvement over my last dryer. The dryer on the top is great for delicates or a single item. I have noticed that in order for the clothes to be dry, I have to move the setting to more dry or the items will come out damp. It "sings" when its done so no more obnoxious "BUZZZZZ" like my old dryer that annoyed the beep out of me. The machine is pretty quiet, too. Happy that I chose this one!

Looking chick. Performance wise is very much option in drying mode. And pretty much quiet. And nice to have top and bottom dyer. Especially can dry sweater flat

I love this dryer. It has a very large family size capacity, and there are a whole lot of cycles designed to make clothes last longer and keep them in good condition. The top dryer has been a lifesaver for undergarments that can’t be tumbled or a quick dry for gym shorts, and it has been extremely useful for prewashing and drying raw fabrics that become a frayed mess in a tumble dryer. The steam refresh cycle does a great job getting wrinkles out and softening clothes that didn’t get taken out and folded right away the first time. Worth every cent.

This is a very good drier. Love the option of the delicate dryer. The only gripe was with the installation team that forgot to open the gas valve after installation. It took me a week to figure out why the clothes were not drying! That is the only reason for the 4 stars otherwise this is a 5 star product.

The product has been overall good. However, right after plugging it in ,we needed to call for a service call due to half of the buttons not working (bad electronics board). Sure, they came out and fixed it, however, the dryer never connects to our WiFi, even though it is right next to the washer that does.

We love this dryer. Works well but you need to add more time for heavier towels. We never overload it. The top dryer is great for sweaters and lingerie.

Only had this for 8 days so far. We love this dryer. Works efficiently and we love having the top dryer for delicates and dry regular clothes below.

This dryer does a great job. We didn’t know if we would use the top dryer area but found it to be very handy for one item that needs to be dried quickly.

This dryer is huge and awesome. fast dry, lots of settings for different size loads and garments. Great extra additional delicate dryer on top.

I replaced a 20 year old Maytag gas dryer. It seems like it takes a lot longer to dry clothes and towels in the Samsung, but I am also loading it more. The dryer tends to shut off even though the clothes are still damp. I keep increasing time and finally just use a timed dry to finish the load. The top dryer is nice, but small and I don't use it very frequently. I like the idea of matching washer/dryer but not sure worth the money. I have to pull the unit away from the wall so the dryer vent doesn't get crimped and cause the clean vent indicator to come on. I typically dry blankets and sheets separately because has a tendency to ball everything up so interior stuff is still damp.

Unsure the size of the dryer makes it shakes a little when drying. Overall happy with so far if we could get rid of the oil smell.

I never owned a gas dryer but it’s a great investment. Samsung is one of the best brands I ever owned from TV to clothes dryer!

This is the best dryer we’ve ever had. We weren’t sure about the usefulness of the top drying area but we love it and use it regularly.
