    The technician who came to setup didn’t fix the handle in freezer properly and for that they want to return item and send me new after 45 days rather than someone coming and fix it in 5 min. What kind of service is this. I’ll refrain buying it from Best Buy and they even made me get total member.

    I purchased this product and still haven't been delivered one that works. All three dryers so-far have been broken and its been almost three weeks since purchase. I am at the end of my ropes from missing work for the deliveries and each time is a waste and a disappointment. The only good thing is that the reps on the phone are easy to get a hold of. Sooo stressed out!

    I purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy with installation. The washer came fine. The dryer was damaged. They gave me a new appointment and brought a damaged dryer again I’ve complain to corporate and to management at the store in Modesto. Still no reaction I hate to say it, but Best Buy is not what it used to be.

    Not sure how the item itself works, but I will say that I waited 3 weeks for delivery, and it arrived heavily damaged. Waited another 2 weeks for a new one.... again heavily damaged... waited 2 weeks for my 3rd dryer and thankfully it was good, So frustrating! I will never order from best buy again.

    Customer Service is awful. The store never picks up the phone. Open box item was defective when we were told it only had scratches on it. Never again dealing with Best Buy. They do not take care of their loyal customers.

    Our order was delayed on the scheduled delivery date just couple of hours before we were supposed to recieve our purchased items. We still had to pay our instalaters . We disapointed with Best Buy cuatomer service.

    Do you enjoy the sound of sand in a blender? Because that is what you are going to get when you run this machine and worse yet I have to wait 2 months before it gets replaced because Best Buy hates its customers.

    Wrong part bring for installation for 4 times in 1 months i can't believe this is so bad experience from best buy and horrible service don't buy anything if have service because no body care and if you want talk with Manger you have wait 3 hours behind phone every time

    If I could give 0 star I would give it please go for LG washing mashine....this is terrible it never takes enough water and you see just little wet cloths spinning in the machine... The cloths are not clean as there is not enough water

    came broken and when I went to install the time frame they give, which is super short had expired so now I have to wait for a technician to fix something that I bought brand new. very dissatisfied with Best Buy policy
