I just don't like the black circle. I purchased white machine and the oversized black circle doesn't match the interior. It may also be scratched easilty.

I’ve only had this dryer for a short time and am getting accustomed to the controls, however my big problem is being able to reach the controls while it is stacked. I have to drag over a step stool to change setting. I am 5 feet 4 inches so not super short. It also goes automatically into eco dry which takes twice as long and the clothes are still damp, so you need to turn it off every time.

My wife loved the wifi feature of the dryer. The washer also comes with it and it makes things easier for us to control it from our phones.

Great washer and dryer. Very functional and the black finish looks really good. And as always - great service at Best Buy.

The machine had a dent upon delivery. We were told it was noted on our delivery and that someone would reach out and offer us an opportunity to either exchange and have a new one brought or offer a discounted. Then the delivery people tried to change the swing of the door as we wanted it to swing the other direction & the screws were stripped —- again we were told at delivery no problem & just call an 800# & Best Buy would bring a different machine without an issue or problem. So we called. We were told they don’t have this machine in stock and if we wish to have a different machine we need to figure it out as to what’s in stock & then they could arrange to deliver … not super helpful No mention of any discount etc. so we asked. They said nope you can figure out a different machine and give us a call back. We have purchased numerous appliances from best buy as we have 9 residences which we have appliances. These are not cheap machines. Best Buy just dropped the ball big time. We will search out other companies in the future.

I made the right choice! :)) it’s a little bit pricey but i works really good.

I love this Samsung Dryer! It’s so fast and energy efficient! It has so many settings, including steam. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Bought this a month ago. Running smoothly so far. We have laundry room in the first floor. But it makes less noice while running.

Dryer works well. Has good features do all types of items. The controls are simple but sometimes restricts heat or time depending on the mode.

Would definitely recommend! The colors are great to match any laundry room. Super modern touch makes my washing experience much more smooth.

Good dryer for the price. Just make sure they give you the right kit if they do the install for you. Dryer plates music when cycle finishes.
