This dryer has served me quite well but I do have to take off a star because the sensor isn't all that great. I have to set it to Timed Dry otherwise, the machine will stop when a lot of my clothes are still damp. Other than that little idiosyncrasy, it's great! It's saved a lot of money in utilities every month.

We’ve had this dryer and it’s watching washer now for 3 weeks. I love everything about it, with it’s sleek design and interactive controls, I feel like I’m controlling a space ship. I also love the tune it plays when the dry cycle is finished which takes a lot less time than you’d think as long as you don’t use the “eco mode”, though handy to have the option to do so. What I love the most, however, the the ability for the app to alert you when the cycle is token, sending an alert to your phone- the most awesome feature ever!!!

I loved this dryer! Drys my clothes very well and I especially loved the smart system. I had to get the matching washer as well.

The dryer washer set are amazing and a huge upgrade from what I had before. Machine is very quiet and was a quick install. Got both with pedal stools which continues to bring joy. The alerts on the phone is great and the preset when you make washer and dryer talk.

The wife was so excited to see her new washer and dryer, she does more washing now than ever, the set is AWESOME!!!

Pros: very efficient and much low cost to run than a regular electric dryer. Lot's of options and having an app to be able to change settings while in another room or somewhere else is great (especially if you forgot to start the dryer before you rush to work). CONS: Contrast of the menus on the dryer is bad, very hard to read the text. Plan on using the app for everything or go get your readers, you will need them. Why would anyone pick light gray on dark gray is way beyond my imagination-major blunder on designers part.

Great dryer, great price, great customer service and so far is working perfect also I like the sound at the end of the cycle, very easy to operate.

This dryer looks great and functions great. Plenty of modes so that you don't over dry or under dry. It's a smart dryer so you can connect to the Smart Things app. You can swap the door so that it opens the opposite way, if needed. Very happy with my purchase!

This dryer looks and is amazing. unfortunately, I have to exchange it for an electric one since I did not have the gas valve and it would cost me quite a lot money to make the switch

Cycel updates on the app can be really helpful. Bestbuy did price match before the installation. The installation service was great and very happy with the purchase.

This a well made machine with large capacity that works efficiently. Dries clothing with minimal remaining wrinkles. It is a good price point, and qualifies for a $70 rebate as well.

Works great and can fit a large load. Would definitely recommend with pedestals however as it is small in size.

No matter the setting, it does not sense when my clothes are dry. We are constantly having to restart the machine and, because it is gas, not electric, the wi-fi combability/control, does not work. I regret buying this machine.

Great dryer fast drying and easy to use. Simple wifi app but just enough to monitor usage. We'll see how it holds up because i haven't had any good luck with the 2 Samsung refrigerators i have at home
