The television at best is 3.5 stars, the price for this television was very reasonable, as far as the 4k hd, that's where the tv lacks, the quality of the picture is average, and in comparison with our other 1080 hp tv, there is not a big difference.

I would not buy this TV again or recommend it. We have to adjust the picture settings almost every show or movie. And most of the time I'm still not happy with the picture. It seems like no matter which setting we choose the picture is still too dark or the colors are muted. We've bought many TV's over the years & this is the first that I have not liked. The picture settings are easily accessible with the exception of sports. We are avid sports fans so having to constantly adjust the picture is extremely frustrating. We spend a lot of time during shows, movies & sport games changing the picture setting. And sometimes we see the pixels like with TV's that are going bad.

I should have did my homework on the tv before I bought it but like I found out later it is a entry level 4K tv and I wouldn't even call it 4K. It's slightly better then 1080p to me. I have 75mbps for Internet so no issue with the source of the 4K content but the picture looks pretty good on what is the focus on the tv but anything In the background looks pixelated like it cannot refresh fast enough. It gets better the majority of this tvs settings you would like to use are locked. I should have went with the 65inch Sony Bravia instead

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! 70" Led 4k UHD TV only 10 months old and they will not warranty their product. The screen cracked while we were watching it. No external damage. It seems that Samsung blames their customers for their inferior products.

Had this tv 1 day and had to drive over 2 hours one way to return as it was pixelated. Called Samsung they ran a test and said the TV was bad.

As we watch movies and stream hbo it stalls and stops and we have to restart. It didn't have this problem with or replaced old model of the Samsung

The Good, the bad and the ugly

This tv has a great picture, but I wouldn't recommend it for sports. As with all of the manufacturers of TV's, they all double the refresh rate for some reason. Samsung's "motion rate" is 120, but the actual refresh rate is only 60. Somehow it apparently doubles for UHD programming. But come on people, there is no earthly reason why TV's should still be made with a refresh rate of 60 since the technology has been out there for 7-8 years for 120 and even 240. Watching sports was slightly aggravating, the blur wasn't bad, but still, noticeable. Should have done the research, as I later found out that this is just an entry level 4k tv. Many people wouldn't notice the blur, but for me it's not acceptable. I will wait another year and hopefully the 2017 TV's will have a 70" SUHD with at least a true 120-240 refresh rate. Also, it states the tv has HDR premium, but it is not true HDR technology.

I did a bit of research before I purchased and notice that the positives far outweigh the negatives. I did noticed a negative review regarding the remote. I can honestly say that the remote is awesome. If you hate clunky remotes with a million buttons then the remote for this TV is for you! It is very easy to use, simple, sleek and futuristic. All the commands are displayed on the TV and very simple to follow. As for the TV, the picture quality is awesome even at close range. I love everything about it! Will definitely recommend!!
