    I just finished painting a living room wall and wanted to hang a TV. I love action movies and this TV does not disappoint. Great color, great features, so many apps. I've had this TV now for a year and a half, no issues whatsoever. Samsung could install a better quality sound system internally, although when I hooked the TV up to my Samsung 5.1 surround sound, WOW!

    I would have given 5 stars but because of the 60 Hz refresh rate make watching sport a little unpleasant. Watching football is not bad but basketball, you can see the movement is not that smooth. Other than that if you watch movie or news program the picture is perfect. So I think with this price after $300 off it is a very good deal. I will work on adjusting the pictures setting to get a smoother movement in basketball program. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Bestbuy delivered within the time frame they promised. Only one concern was they mentioned in their website that they will deliver to room of your choice not higher than third floor. But the delivery guys refused to take it up to my second floor loft. But since it is not that heavy, I set it up downstair and asked my son help me carried it to the second floor. Without the shipping box and form inside it is not too heavy for two people to take it upstair.

    I love this 75 inch tv! It is very good quality, and I love the slick control remote it comes with. I also use my phone to control this smart tv. With my phone I can ask Bixby to open YouTube on my tv and much more!

    This tv is amazing. It’s huge, the resolution is super clear and vibrant, and it runs so smoothly. I’ve had zero problems with it and I recommend this tv to anyone who needs a replacement or just wants a new tv. Samsung did a great job with this one!

    I have had this tv for 2 years now. It is great! Very clear picture and great sound. The only downside is the remote is tiny, but I can run the tv through my phone so it isn't a problem! I can also cast from my phone to my tv!

    Watched a bunch of reviews and TV buying guide on YouTube before settling on this TV. My reasoning for buying this TV is: 1. I needed the TV for my living room which is a bright room with plenty of windows. So, that basically rules out OLED TVs. Since QLED TVs offer better brightness. 2. Samsung is the premier brand for QLED TVs. 3. TV dimensions is the single most important spec for a TV. So, I wanted the largest TV. 85" was too large for my space. So i got 75". 4. Once the size is decided I went for Q60A because the additional benefits in Q70A for the price are minimal. All the best for your TV search. Check out "Stop the FOMO" youtube channel.

    I read too many reviews on different sites & canceled a 75" TCL order (despite its consistent high rating -- but always evasive on brightness) for a clearance 65" Hisense. A relative had large Hisense TVs in a bright beach house and they all looked great. But I wanted to check them out in person before driving one home. I'm replacing a 15-year-old factory-refurbished Sony HDTV that looks good as new. From "review cram-crash course" I learned: specs lie, don't get wrapped up in feature-itis too much, reviewers are subjective & show qualitative ambiguity, and buyers mostly rate major upper-tier brand names 4.7 or above (I'm putting that in a grade class of A; = 94/100). I feel what drags down scores on TCL and Hisense are loose quality control and lack of customer service (4, 4.2, 4.4). I watch TV at most a few hours per week. I don't game. I'm retired from graphic and fine arts--I still work in Photoshop and wood. I almost went with a Sony until I took the tour around. This particular Samsung, lackluster in "pro" reviews, moved me. Sure, I love my MacBook Pro Mini-LED screen, but I'm not spending that type of $$ on a TV. The Quantum color, price point, and size I wanted (if possible for my budget) sealed the deal. To me, the images are just a hair less good than sets costing twice or more--sometimes smaller sizes. The colors, saturation, contrast, and fine detail are outstanding, as is the way it handles type. (I avoid aliased, jagged, blurry. I want crisp.) I'm in Alexa everywhere and will be using a Fire Stick (that will know all my streaming apps when logged in) and Alexa-enabled Polk React speakers. Yes, it's "hyper-realistic" as if all lighting and color control were expert level. To the reviewer who wrote "the image is 50% better, but it costs twice as much" I pose the following: You're about to have life or death surgery. Surgeon "X" scored a D (65) in his class. Surgeon "Y" scored 97.5 for a high "A" grade. Who do you want operating on you? Surgeon "Y" -only- scored 50% better, but charges twice as much? Or Surgeon "X"? Listen, spend what you're comfortable with. I'm leery of "panel lottery" and bargain-basement electronics. BTW, my salesman, who admitted to being relatively new, attentively answered my questions and comments, offered info, and guided me through different brands and display technologies. He did a great job. So yeah, I bought last year's budget offering from the "QLED king" Samsung, but, moving from a 15-year old set to 4K? This will be a treat for my eyes.

    You can never go wrong with a samsung tv. Tv along with out washer and dryer was dropped off and installed for us. Definitely going back for my daughters next tv.

    I would give 4.5 stars if I could, meaning I'm very happy with the TV. I have it in a dark room and the picture is great, blacks, colors, contrast, everything. Mainly watch football and the motion rate is just fine, do I wish I had more, yes but the cost is not worth it for me, I can see the ball just fine even in a fast moving play. Also most important is that I was able to download and steam the Xfinity App, The streaming is far better than I expected, router is upstairs and a room away about 25 ft., it will freeze up once in a while especially if I haven't used the TV in while and sometimes it will go right to the channel I was watching and other times I have to start over but connection is always there which I was worried about from other reviews.

      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
