    This TV is horrible. I regret having ever purchased it. The remote is slow, lagging and just plain terrible. Sometimes it doesn't even work. I've purchased 3 different remotes, thinking it was a remote control issue. It was not. Every single day I get so frustrated while watching TV because I have to click the remote buttons over and over again just to turn the volume up and dowm. I bought this TV 2 years ago and truly regret buying it.

    So i just wanted to write this, there may be some people like me. The TV is good, so far (less than 1 month) i had an LG 75 before and the only difference is this one is a bit brighter, LG had better sound by far. Menu and setups are so annoying. But the MAIN dish is the support, Samsung has the worst, i cant get into my account (and dont feel like doing a new one) and service has been null so far, anyone understand and there no actual call just text. If i could return just for the support id go back to LG or Sony. Bad luck? How is it that the 2 step verif has a phone # that i have never own nor i know.

      Hi Eddy,

      Thank you for sharing your experience. If you have a Samsung Account but did not connect it to your TV during the initial setup, you can sign in from your TV screen using the remote control.

      1. Navigate to the Smart Hub Home, and then select Set Up Now.
      2. Select Remote Control.
      3. Enter your Samsung Account credentials.
      4. Next, proceed with two-step verification. To verify your identity, select Send Code.
      5. Then, enter the code you receive. Select Verify.
      6. Once you’ve signed in to your Samsung Account, please complete the remaining setup steps. You must agree to the Samsung Terms and Conditions. If you skip the Terms and Conditions step even when logged in to your Samsung Account, you will be logged out of your Samsung Account.
      7. Once the setup is complete, you can use the TV’s Smart Hub apps and smart features.

      You can also sign in from your TV screen using your mobile device:
      1. Navigate to the Smart Hub Home, and then select Set Up Now.
      2. Scan the QR code on your TV with your phone’s camera.
      3. Follow the on-screen instructions on your phone to either sign in to your account or create a new account.
      4. Once you've signed in to your Samsung Account, please complete the remaining setup steps. You must agree to the Samsung Terms and Conditions. If you skip the Terms and Conditions step even when logged in to your Samsung Account, you will be logged out of your Samsung Account.

    Mom I need a TV glitches quite a bit and when there is internet connection issues the whole TV freezes up. As far as when we purchase the TV we were not offered any kind of a warranty.

    Will never spend another penny at Best Buy.

    Had the tv less than 2 weeks and i had really bad flickering on a black screen when booting the tv. Tried to call and speak to an actual person to exchange it for a new one for 2 days and when i finally was able to speak to a person they told my my 14 day window ended the day before and will need to go through Samsung for the warranty. So far ive had a technician out to replace all the boards in the tv and the issue remains. The technician that installed the boards said if replacing the boards doesnt resolve the issue then the panel is bad. I opened another ticket yesterday and now waiting for the second technician to come out to replace the entire panel. 1700 dollar tv thats now less then 2 months old and im very frustrated and angry. Niether I or family/friends will ever spend another penny in Best Buy. According the technivian that came out, this is common for Best Buy and they do this to every customer tgat has an issue. Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself a big headache and time and purchase someplace else.

    TV came damaged from manufacturer and Best Buy does not know when they will get more in stock to replace it.
