This tv is great, the picture quality is wonderful. I really enjoy watching 4K movies on this TV. I have always purchased Samsung and had to install a soundbar, but with this TV sound quality is so clear there is no need for a soundbar.

I loved the tv until about my 2nd week of owning it. Now i know and understand that i bought an open box tv,but it said it was satisfactory. Around the 2nd week of owning it i noticed one day that there is all of a sudden stuck or dead pixels and ive tried ever video or thing ive read to do but it still has not fixed the problem. Up until this the tv was amazing but since ive pasted the 15 day return policy im stuck looking at thisspot in my tv.

Awesome picture colors are beautiful. Team this up with Samsung he-q990b and let the Dolby Atmos blow you away! Well worth my money, I have been watching action movies non stop since getting this installed.

This 75" Samsung NeoQLED replaced my "old" 65" Samsung television at my home in Florida. I have previously purchased Samsung Televisions and have been satisfied with the picture and performance.

This tv is awesome! The Total Tech package is bomb too! They mounted it for us and it was so easy! Great tv!

Awesome TV, technology has come so far in the last couple of years. I can’t believe our “newest” TV (the one being replaced by this one) was 9 years old.

Would love to rate this higher, but when the product is listed as excellent open box condition and I can’t put the tv on its stand because it’s missing one of the three components that make up the tv, it’s a little hard to do so. I can make up for a missing screw or lack of packaging or paperwork, unfortunately I can’t make a tv float. Checked the box inside and out, just the main screens and this nice paperweight I guess I now own. Tested the screen as it laid on the ground, seems it works okay, only reason it’s not a 1. Will have to figure out a mounting solution on my own I guess.

Great tv but less than one month in, 90% of the screen turned black. Have to return it and it's just a hassle.

I bought this TV 14 months ago. I only use it in the summer season so just turned it on. The left side of the tv has a band that is out and it looks like it has spots all over it. They cannot be washed off. I Googled this and is an ongoing issue with these TVs. $2,500 wasted.....

Bought BestBuy Totaltech. Great purchase. Set up was seamless.

Less then 10 days after install the tv no longer works. And the fastest appointment is 2 weeks out. Nothing like paying $2500 for a hunk of junk taking up my wall space. But the 15 year old Panisonic is still working perfectly.

My toddler hit it with a stick and these new tv’s are so fragile that he broke it and messed up the picture. Didn’t even have it for a week and protection plan does not cover physical damage.

This TV is a beast, even being last years model. It's super bright, has great color and contrast, it has a great wide viewing angle, and the reflection handling is pretty good. The picture quality is amazing and I do really like the game center built into the TV. The sound is pretty decent for what it is. I mean, how good are speakers in these TV's these days right? I use the Q-Symphony with a connected soundbar. Don't expect the richest of sound because most of the content you watch is streaming and they highly compress the audio on streaming content. One thing I do also like about the OS is Samsung added more space for apps with over 4gb of space. The downside is they are still forcing apps on you that we don't want and can't get rid of. On the subject of the OS, enter the downsides, it can be slow at times, specially when you first turn the TV on and everything is loading. And their are a couple little quirks in the OS such as local dimming being brighter on standard than high when watching HDR content. The transition between standard, high, and low local dimming is also a bit slow(takes about 3 seconds or so to fully change from one setting to the next). And lastly, much like everyone else that mentions it, Samsung just refusing to bring Dolby Vision to the table. This is nothing more than them being cheap and not wanting to pay for it which makes no sense because each unit would only cost them less than $2 bucks. But whatever! Anywho, are these things deal breakers? Absolutely not. This TV is still one of the best on the market and you will not go wrong buying it.

I purchased this TV after having a very satisfying experience with another Samsung TV also bought at Best Buy. The new TV was selected due to to several features. Clarity of the picture, the brilliant colors and most importantly the anti glare ability of the screen. The anti glare ability was extremely important as the TV is located next to a full wall of sliding glass doors and I must say the anti glare screen has performed as advertised. My family and I watch a variety of movies via steaming services and each film is reflected brilliantly on the screen. Loading new APS to the TV has also proven to be easy and user friendly. The only draw back is the moving from channel to channel as the remote does not have a series of numbers that allow easy change of titles, you must scroll to the cannel you are looking for

I have had this Samsung high end TV for over 6 months now. I and all in my family love it. We also have a Sony at home but everyone prefers mines. The quality of the images, specially in very light areas, is excellent; I have not had another TV with this quality. It’s so easy and intuitive. The only thing I’m disappointed about is that the control is supposed to be solar but it is not taking charge after hrs of sun exposure so I had to go and buy a charger for it as there are no batteries. But I did not mind because even the control is super easy to use. We added a high end Samsung sound bar system that connects to it wireless; the sound is amazing. The connection of the sound is very smooth.

We bought this Samsung TV - 75" - to replace another 10+ year old Samsung. We selected OLED since most of our viewing is done in daylight. It gives excellent color rendition from all viewing angles. The remote is slim, minimal, and solar power - as long as you leave it face down. Sound is very important to me thru a Marantz 7011. We find the Samsung is quick and easy to switch from DirecTV, Amazon Prime, YouTube and other less used apps. We researched models extensively, viewed them in person at Best Buy and asked the Best Buy associate any remaining questions. Installation was handled by GEEK - the base is heavy and the assembled it on the floor, got the correct sound settings and got all apps up and running. Love it - 100% satisfied.
