This tv has to be unplugged and replugged order for the image to appear. The audio will play but the screen will be dark . Very expensive and a waste of your time and money

My first TV was damaged when delivered. We did not have the GEEK squad set it up and that was our mistake. We were able to get the TV set up and when we turned it on, we found damage to the screen. So disappointing. I called BB right away, no problem. Set up for a replacement and this time I did open my wallet to pay for the GEEK squad to come out and put it all together for me. This TV is heavy!!! So if you have issues picking up heavy things you are going to have a problem moving this. Do yourself a favor, get the GEEK Squad to come in and put it together for you. The picture is awesome!! I chose this TV based on other reviews. We also got the sound bar that was recommended. We are going to enjoy this TV so much!

Samsung is terrible with their stupid security. As if someones going to get into your TV and steal it....get a life and start working with people.

Terrible for the price. The apps are all very buggy. I have to reinstall Netflix and a few others almost daily for them to work. Everything in the menu is very slow. The app on the phone for the remote needs to be updated daily. Finally, the screen has a shadow in the middle that has been slowly expanding since the purchase in 2022. It has never been moved or handled since Best Buy installed it.
