We live in high-rise condo with floor to ceiling windows. We were concerned the glare from outside light would diminish the clarity & color experience. Happy to report, the automatic adjustments with light work magic. Shocking pleasant surprise…. If seated in the room on the side or at an angle, you still have a good experience viewing the screen. This was the first Samsung TV we purchased with speakers in multiple locations, more of surround sound. It makes a big difference. However, We did get a Sonos sound bar, to attach to the TV mount, and recommend the duo wholeheartedly. No more raising the volume levels to over 50 to hear conversations. Love the remote too. It’s solar powered too. Lastly, we replaced a 65” Samsung for this with the 85” Samsung. We were worried about the size being too large. O after 2 days, we didn’t even notice the size. Only negative, this TV is very heavy and selecting the best TV mount is critical. At Home consultants came to our condo to recommend which mount would work best. Amount they recommended was published to be able to hold the weight of this TV. However, when total tech geek squad installers arrived, they informed us it would not work. (I’m still not sure why). The installers had a substitute mount in their truck which would work. They took the first mount back and refunded it, and the new amount was less money. The only thing we can not do, is adjust the TV on the swivel mount. Simply too heavy. Hope this review helps. Our strong suggestion, if you have any trepidation or question about what will work in your home, is to set up an appointment with at home, consultants, and they come to your home for free.

Beautiful TV, full of a ton of features. Apps for most of the streaming services we use are available to install on the TV and work perfectly. You can also use the TV as an Xbox gaming console which works pretty good considering its a TV. If you are a Smartthings user, this TV integrates directly as a smart device, and you can also use the TV as a Smartthings hub or just a control dashboard. The TV also supports both Alexa and Google Home and can be used for voice control for the TV and other smart devices including Smartthings devices. The picture quality is beyond my expectations and everyone who has seen the TV is blown away by the TVs picture.

Really nice home cinema experience without breaking the bank. I originally bought an 86 inch Samsung. I think it was luck that the screen was broken because winding up with the 85 wound up being such a better tv. Just the mounting locations on the back alone fit so much better and positioned the tv the way it was supposed to be. The picture quality is terrible and easy to hookup and program.

We are 100% satisfied with the TV. It has a wonderful picture. We were considering a sound bar but this TV has far superior sound than the previous TV. It replaced a 55 inch and I was concerned it would be too big. It looks great. This TV was recommended for a bright environment and it works well in a bright room. I can highly recommend this item.

This TV was the one I ultimately chose after reviewing many on display and watching countless hours of reviews. The QN85B had all of the features I wanted and was the best 'bang for the buck' while not over paying for some features I didn't see as necessary. The TV is VERY bright and we have to turn the brightness down to about 4-5. If not, its like looking into the sun. The user interface is very simple and easy to have everything connected. This is a great overall buy and excited to see how long this one lasts.

85 inches of pure awesomeness! Bright vibrant colors, crisp detail and amazing black levels from the NEO QLED technology. The sound quality that came from the tv without a Soundbar is solid. Excellent option for a home theater as an alternative to using a projector.

They reached out to me on the same day and promised to deliver a BRAND NEW, unused TV, all at no extra cost. I was blown away by their exceptional customer service. The TV has a remarkable picture quality, with vibrant colors and excellent sound. It's been four months since I bought the TV, and I am pleased with my decision. It stands out as a statement piece in my family room, and everyone who visits compliments its beauty. I can confidently say that it was worth every penny!

This tv is amazing! The black levels on this are insane because of the mini LED and neo tech. my older tvs i’ve noticed a lot of blooming and LED bleeding, and i’m a person who notices all the small details and can’t focus on the movie because of the more cheaper edge lit tvs, with this TV you don’t get any of that just a perfect picture plain and simple. Only downfall to this tv is the light reflection in a more lit room. At night when all the lights are off this thing shines.

I love this TV. The picture is spectacular. Getting it hooked up was a breeze. It automatically configured almost everything I wanted. It was the last thing I needed to complete my home theater.

I waited a couple months to review this. My husband wants a bigger TV. We went from 65 to 85. This TV is placed in the family room. It is a bright room with large windows.We were choosing between this and QN90B. We settle on this because of some reviews that I read and it is cheaper than QN90B. I am not a TV person but I like our old curve TV more. This TV is very bright though. But we can see our windows facing the TV. Sound is good! No need for a aound bar. Unless you want to up uour game. I see nothing special on this TV. But it's just me!

My Sharp 70" Class AQUOS Q+ had died and looking for a brighter TV. This tv is got a lot of brightness. Got it sale for $2399.

I love the Samsung products. I had to return my original TV because the auto dimming kept going dark and wouldn't adjust properly. Geeks were great on handling the situation. Only reason I gave 4 ⭐️s is for the remote,which rarely works with Xfinity box, which means it does sometimes and for getting to the settings hub which starts is awkward compared to my other Samsung TV.

Love this TV. Had a plasma for years, this tv is so bright and clear. Planned on a 75" but went bigger to the 85" no regrets. 20×20 foot room, tv fits perfectly. Luv it. 20×20 foot room, so tv fits perfectly
