One connect failed after 5 months. Do not buy total tech. Support doesn't know to fix and it will take you multiple calls and days of techs not showing up.

I’m on the second one in less than 30 days and this tv now won’t turn on. The first tv was delivered damage on the outside bezel, a terrible rattling noise from the speakers, and the main menu was super glitchy and slow. Best Buy delivered a second TV a week later. This TV now intermittently won’t turn on unless you unplug it for a few seconds and then plug it back in. I just called Best Buy for help with the problem. They’re now telling me it’s not their problem and that I should contact Samsung to schedule a repair technician to come look at it. Thanks Best Buy for selling me a faulty tv and then no customer service to help resolve it.

Best Buy staff are wonderful. This TV...not so muc

Then it arrived at our home...the picture just wasnt great. It seemed very grainy and pixelated...made me miss the quality of my plain old small HD tv. However the sound is great...picture not so much. Luckily...it began failing! It would require we unplug it to reset it...volume wouldnt work...lots of things would randomly be nonresponsive. We went into Best Buy to ask about it and very simply were offered a swap out of same unit with a 500 refund..due to new sale...or to upgrade to the 8K...which with the current sale cost an additional 500. We opted for the 8K version...its arrived yesterday and we LOVE it. So happy the original TV crapped out. I will review the new TV once ive had it for a couple weeks...but as of today...day 2...so happy with it. So much better! It seems odd that this tv had issues...perhaps we had a lemon all around thus the bad picture. I mean i would watch it and think THIS is better than my old TV? Wah wah. Other reviews dont seem to have this issue...so Im thinking lemon it was. Best Buy is amazing. They made this painless and easy. And so far all associates have been knowledgeable and super friendly and made us feel important.

Broken tv passed on as open box excellent

Though excellent means the product should come with a box, mine didn't. Remote was missing and I was provided with a replacement. Once I got home, I see that the TV as well as the one connect box has damages. After a day, the tv does not switch on and there seems to be a problem with one connect box which cannot be replaced ! The Horrible expectation overall in passing a very poor tv as an excellent one.

Samsung drop the ball when it come to quality on thier tv. Long story short this tv is slower then my 2021 qn800 8k model.
