Awful service from Best Buy and Samsung. Awful TV for the price.
This TV can not be worth the price tag, sale or otherwise.
Damage caused by transportation via Best Buy caused this TV to develop air bubbles. Should not be an issue with purchasing the warranty, right? Best Buy will not honor the warranty because the damage is physical and the TV developed issues a day after their 15-day return policy. The Tv was in our Server Room, protected from any elements or from people until our install day. When installed, no damage can be seen, no bubbles formed. 8 hours later, the bubbles formed. In trying to get this issue resolved, I was then tossed back and forth between Best Buy and samsung, both sent out reps, and both confirmed there was nothing they could do and no warranty covers the damage. Again, we did not cause this damage; a pro was brought out to install, and at no point was the area where this all started touched. Our best guess is it was damaged in the factory, during transportation, and we are left to either pay $1800 to fix the screen or be told to kick rocks you're out of luck.

I purchased from the Black Friday deals at Best Buy website. We were very excited about the TV. When we take it out of the box we noticed it was cracked in the right bottom corner so we called immediately to return. I’m glad we had the Best Buy total membership because they were very fast to make the return. We did not paid for the insurance due to the membership. I recommend to have this membership before buying at Best Buy otherwise you won’t have the option to get your money back. My husband called first and he didn’t know we had the membership and the costumer service was horrible putting him in back and forth communications between Samsung and Best Buy. After many attempts and frustration he told me what was going on and then I called to clarify we were members of total BB and until then we got the premium costumer service.

TV broke within 2 weeks and received terrible customer service from both BEST BUY and SAMSUNG.
