Disappointing microwave, hoping for a change......

Makes our kitchen look very modern. BUT....it's making a very loud noise when it's in use. Closing the door slowly and gently it rattles on the side. which makes the product seem cheap. We may have received a broken product. We did reorder another one hopefully these issues with the noise goes away. Take note when purchasing, the clock does not stay on at all times, very bummed about that. Hopefully there will be a software update and they fix the clock display. Hoping for a better outcome on the second one.

I don't love that its hard to turn on the light. You just have to keep clicking all around until you hit a number. Then, the light turns on. It also doesn't seem as powerful as our last one.

Almost like they put it in that way. Anyway, Best Buy got another one ordered and waited another week and finally delivered. This thing is a beauty! Hopefully fingers crossed it lasts as long as my old Kenmore Elite.
