I've had this stove for 1 month. The cooktop is great. It works great, but......The time display doesn't stay on permanently, The oven temp knob is very sensible, I keep turning on oven if I lean against it to clean it, and same oven control knob is a little confusing for me to use. I fear I will have to return, specifically because of this.

I didn’t care for the knob in the middle every time I opened the door the oven went on. I have little kids and I felt it’s not safe you always have to lock it.

Not what i expected. Plus de the delivery contractor was the worst experience, tried to treat me as a dumb comsumer not a costumer. I called best buy to complain and there was not follow up or anything very dissapointed. The delivery team brought it damaged.

We ordered the range on 7/5 for delivery on 7/15. When it didn't arrive on 7/15 I went to the store only to be told there was no delivery order put in, despite having 2 pieces of paper showing the delivery was ordered and confirmed. The manager then told me the earliest we could get it was now 7/27, so I told him I would pick it up on 7/16. When I arrived on 7/16 I was told the order had been cancelled. I tried to re-buy the range but because the manager (different manager) couldn't give me the sale price, I then canceled the order, and was told they didn't even have the item in stock. The next day, I checked my credit card statement and the refund had not been put on my card. It took another manager two days later to finally cancel the transaction and get the money put back on my card.

We wanted a range with lighted dials, the salesperson assured us this model had them. Upon delivery model had no lighted dials. Spent hours on the phone and stopped at store. They say I can get a range with the dials they promised for $400.00 more. I am extremely frustrated at this point.

Best Buy absolutely horrible customer service. This item went on sale and they refused to honor new price. Stove is still in the box and we will be returning just because of Best Buy.
