    Moving from a gas cooktop top induction was a tough decision for me so I was prepared for some adjustments. However I absolutely love this new stove and cooktop so far. We have had it for about a month and while I am still perfecting what temperatures are best for various cooking styles, I have been impressed. What boils very quickly, the top is super easy to clean and the touch screen is pretty intuitive to use. The auto door is a nice function when you have a tray of food to put into the oven. However it does open when cleaning the screen if you accidentally hit that spot. Overall I would highly recommend just make sure you have induction compatible cool wear to hit the ground running.

    I am totally impressed with our new induction range. First of all the sleek look and the glass are very impressive. The cook time is so fast and no cleanup on the top except wiping down. the burners get warm but not hot which is a great feature. Have not had a chance to use the oven yet, but sure it will be as great as cooking on the burners. Highly recommend buying this range.

    Overall, a 4-star rating is right on in out opinion. The range and stovetop at it's basic function are 5-star. Problems all have work-arounds. For example, if I'm setting a timer on the oven to cook for 30 mins, I need to factor in 5+ mins on the timer for it to pre-heat. Otherwise, the timer starts right away. That's annoying and frankly, just dumb. The touch screen / control panel links up with the Wifi and we can pull recipes up on the screen but pulling up on a phone or ipad is easier. The stove top has a nice feature to "boost" the induction so boiling a 6 qt pot of water takes < 5 mins. The stove top cleans up easily with spray of water and damp cloth. The oven only opens when by touching the open - open button and the button is not sensitive so you have to hold a finger on it for 2-3+ secs. Overall, it's a good oven / stove top but I would not say it's life changing.

    Purchased from the Best Buy Outlet, om arrival it did not work, took 1 week to get repairman out. He was able to repair onsite and have had no problems since. This is the second item (LG refrigerator) that I have purchased from the Outlet which did not function on delivery. So beware. Both repaired and fine now, but was VERY inconvenient! Rate appliance 4+ Stars Rate outlet store 1 star for not testing what they sell. Not sure the savings was worth the trouble

    After I had to personally repair on day of delivery it seems to work well but the Best Buy tech support is worthless! I had it delivered and I had to disassemble and repair touchscreen.

    This is our first induction range and we couodnt be happier, we came from gas to induction and everything cooks faster and with me being a Chef, anyone want to srep there game up, then you need this range

    This was my second time buying from Best Buy. I went back because I believed in the store and trusted the service. I had just bought my first home — a huge moment in my life — and I wanted everything to be perfect. I saved, I planned, and I chose Best Buy to help build the kitchen of my dreams. I purchased all Samsung appliances: cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, and a range hood. I left the store happy… but everything went wrong after that. The cooktop arrived incorrectly. The built-in oven with microwave wasn’t even included in the order — the salesperson forgot to add it. I went back to the store, and he admitted the mistake. But then he told me he could no longer sell that model through Best Buy. I had no choice but to buy it somewhere else. Now it’s been over a month, and I’m still waiting for the correct cooktop to arrive. My kitchen was planned and installed perfectly for these Samsung products — everything is ready. But I can’t cook. I can’t use my kitchen. The only thing working is the refrigerator. I sit and look at my beautiful kitchen every day, feeling frustrated, sad, and honestly… desperate. I dreamed of this moment for years. I was proud of what I achieved. And now I just feel let down. I wanted to be a loyal customer — to always choose Best Buy when buying anything for my home. But after this, I truly don’t know if I can trust the store again

    Poor Quality from Samsung

    Ordered April 20th, delay after delay. Finally arrived June 22nd but they sent me a damaged unit. Told me I have to wait until August for a replacement. Was really excited to get this but the delays and receiving a damaged unit, and being told I have to wait another 40 days for a replacement. I purchased this in store originally before anyone even had it, I didn't even see it. I was delayed 4 times before I finally had the defective unit I received show up. All during this time every single Best Buy was able to get a display model to show off with out issue. Save yourself the headache and go with a different brand, who will stick to their delivery times.
