Warranty is for 1 year. What a disaster! Samsung is not what it used to be

I have baked chicken, fish, vegetables, and cupcakes perfectly! I also love that I can control it from the Smart Things app on my phone. The knobs are fantastic and the displays shows the temp and the time. It is absolutely beautiful!

The problem is you can just brush by the knobs and the top element will turn . It is very dangerous. There has already been one fire in my kitchen because of this. As I read the internet the problem is a big one. Samsung sent cheap plast knob cover that often fall of and make a very expensive range look very cheap. Come on Samsung fix the problem not cover up a dangerous problem with cheap plastic. If you put plastic covers over them when they are on display, I would have purchased from someone else!

Buzzes the entire time it preheats, while it's at set heat, and then on cool down until the fans stop. So disappointed.
