Takes really long time to dry it not what I expected
We want you to love your dryer. Let's go ahead and check what caused it and why it takes time to dry.
Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please check these links for details.

I purchased this in Mar 2024 and it is not turning on. Best buy support is bad. Samsung is not responding either. What a bad customer service.
