got this as a replacement. I love this thing. it's very light and easy to carry around. if you have a Samsung phone it connects easily to everything Samsung. it's amazing

Compact, lightweight and Powerful. So far I've been impressed by this laptop. I bought this a little skeptical of Samsung's performance in laptops. We've had several of its phones and tablets in the past & to this day, but never compute. I love it. I bought it after my Lenovo fell and was completely inoperational. Talk about throwing 1.4K on the ground and it costing 1.1K instantly; but I Have to say I love it over both the Lenovo and Dell laptops I own. Its silent in operation (the fan doesn't make a lot of sound I should by a laptop shell for this one; any of the slim form factor laptops. P.S. It's only been a month that I've owned this, so I hope it lasts me a while.

This was a step up from my old HP for sure. It is quick to respond, is pretty light, has a nice screen, and the touchscreen is a huge plus. The battery life is okay, if you are a heavy user expect to have to plug it in after a few hours of use. Two things that you should note, one is that you will hear the fan noise. I think it is expected though since you get all these great specs in such a thin model. I would invest in a computer stand since the desk can block the vents from the bottom of the computer. Second is that the fingerprint scanner is sometimes faulty, and you have to clean it regularly. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase!

Great laptop and amazing color as well as screen also the fact that you can use it as a tablet or laptop is great as well. I like this laptop better then my MacbookPro.

Bought this on Black Friday, price was good and I'm very pleased with it. Very portable (super light and on the small side), perfect for traveling and performs well. Display os great. I like the fingerprint reader.

Solid laptop with nice features like a touch screen and USB port. I also like the key action - very easy to type. The only annoying things are the short power cord and the fingerprint ID feature doesn’t always work. But those are small things.

Amazing product comes in handy I love it. It’s one of the best purchases that I have ever done at Best Buy and I will consider buying more stuff later on. I really recommend.

While I typically edit photos on a powerful desktop, I needed a light laptop with a bit of power and RAM for editing photos while traveling. It does what i need it to do. Quite a step up from the old Surface Pro 2 I'd been using for years.

Bought this one because it was on sale at a deep discount, had all the specs I wanted and was the cheapest option compared to the other options. And my HP laptop was dying a slow death. Love that it's super lightweight, has a high-quality picture and it's a speedy, reliable laptop. Some cons include a ton of pre-loaded Samsung stuff that you may never use. Battery life wasn't as robust as I expected given the lightness of weight and the keys take a bit of getting used to. Kind of a poor man's MacBook Air. For the price, it was a solid buy and I'm glad I pulled the trigger. Would do so again.

I enjoy using this laptop!!! It's fast and durable! I dropped it a couple of times, it didn't break. Also, it's still working as good as new!!!!

Very light (regarding weight) but strong and portable. Excellent battery life. So far its been everything and more.

Well rated computer. Luke the flexible design that also allows it to work as a tablet. Still trying tonfigure out if i can easily use my streaming sercives to watch shows as on my chromebook.

I love this laptop, the quality and performance is amazing so far. My favorite part is being able to use it as a laptop when working, and a tablet when I am on the go.

What a great deal I received at Best Buy on this laptop. Saved more than I spent. It's a computer that I can grow into for years to come. Two big thumbs up to Best Buy!!

The computer is a really solid computer, the only downside i think is how low the volume of the device is, but if you have samsung wirless earbuds they have the auto pair which is nice.

An excellent laptop with the oled touchscreen and doubles as a tablet… my son is going to college and he needed an upgrade it fast and light with plenty of storage and memory
