    Great laptop for the price. Bought it when it was on deal for $699. Great features. Better battery life than my previous 5 laptops. I am a computer science student, and it is more than enough for my use. You don’t need to spend more for any other laptop.

    Purchased Open box Excellent. Came with a totally dead battery. Samsung fought to not warranty the laptop as they said it was out of warranty for 2 years. After uploading receipt and nearly 5 hours of chat and calls, they re-instated the warranty and replaced the battery.

    Great little machine. Powers up quickly and runs all of my programs smoothly. I use it for email and internet and also to run Adobe Audition as my DAW. It's quiet and I haven't experienced any glitches in recording or playback.

    I love how its a 2 in 1 and is the perfect size to fit in a bookbag and lightweight so its easily portable. One thing to note however is that it does not come with an Spen so that was a bit disappointing but I'll just buy it later.

    Nice sleek laptop with good power. It works only issue I was not able to get WIFI at good speed unless i am straight insight of router. Other issue was both USB C port are on left side and its inconvenience to move around power and dock connector, may not be issue for others.

    This laptop functions great out of the box however it slowly goes down hill after. The android platform is weak and slow. The computer constantly updates needlessly and now performs like my desk top from 1998. Don't pay more than 300$. P.S> Storage is ample.
