I fought for six months . Best Buy said to check with UPS, and UPS said to check with Best Buy. I even connected them both on a call, but still haven’t received the item. I ended up losing the money.

Unbelievable laptop

It is incredibly light weight, incredibly powerful and it’s in one minimal complex package. I have been using this laptop as a daily driver for the last few weeks and will continue to use it as such. It has an I7 processor that absolutely chews through anything I throw at it. It also has 16GB of RAM which is fantastic. I am able to have a bunch of chrome tabs open, excel spreadsheets open, outlook and others and the laptop does not slow at all. The fans don’t even kick on and the computer is still cool to the touch. I really like that the laptop can be used in many different orientations due to the 360 hinge. It makes it so much fun to use for so many different purposes. The laptop also offers a touch screen which is very nice to use albeit I have not used it as much. The keyboard is a joy to type on and although the keys aren’t as raised as a Lenovo, I find the key travel to be really good. I also am a big fan of all the ports. It comes with two USB-C, one HDMI (awesome for business users), USB-A, micro usb and a headphone jack. Overall, this may be my favorite windows laptop to date and it is fantastic using windows 11 on it. I really recommend this for anyone.
