It's a pretty good laptop. Yes, with it's own pros and cons, it's ok. However, there are two major issues that make me rate it "DO NOT BUY" - quality and service. The screen is so thin that even while the laptop sits on my desk and only gets opened sometimes, it has a glass crack right in the middle of the display. This seems to be a systematic issue - look it up online. My second issue is service. I sent it to Samsung for repair. It's been 8 days since they had received it and only today they contacted me. The price: $600 to repair the cracked glass. I am not going to buy another Samsung laptop, sorry.

Overall I've been very pleased with the Samsung Galaxy Book2. Everything worked perfectly out of the box, and I have not had any issues with the features so far. The only disappointment I've had is the camera. It is not compatible with Windows 11 face recognition, so if that is an essential feature for you, this is not the notebook to buy.

Everything is perfect, except battery life: it lasts less that 6 hours when working non-stop. My HP Spectre (year 2014) lasted mor than 11 hours when I bought it; now, after 8 years of constant use, it lasts 3 1/2 hours. So I expected this Samsung to last more than 6 hours....

I bought this laptop with so much interest but its getting heated up when it is charging and for an hour after charging I was so disappointed with that

I got this on sale for around $600, what a bargain. So glad I got this, so may features, I would still be very happy if I paid a few hundred more. The sales guy was shocked when I told him the price, this model is not one they have on display.

Very nice little laptop for those who are on the go. But, beware! The unit I got had a pretty bad screen flickering that was very annoying (see slightly darker lines in picture). I didn't even get to use it for a full day. Returning it today. Also, the touchpad didn't work out of the box.

Just received on August 25, Worth the 2 week wait for the Silver model. It's not a fingerprint magnet. The AMOLED screen looks great. Got mine New for under $700. Only dislike, setting up Windows 11 and updates takes hours!

The specs and price point for this computer were excellent for my small business. The F and J keys have nothing to indicate them, so typing is a little harder because you have to keep up with where your fingers are at, but other than that, this is a great deal!

Picked up from my local best buy store. There was a problem with pickup but was resolved quickly. Laptop is great so far and really no complaints. Sound could be better but I'm not too picky on that.

This computer is pretty amazing. I don’t understand all the tech talk with speeds and performance so I’ll do my best to explain on my own terms. I typically use my personal computer for some racing games and all the Microsoft programs. I did add a highly visual racing game and in my opinion, not being a “gamer” this computer handled it with no lag times, no blurs and the color and clarity on the screen were nothing less than amazing. I also had an opportunity to have about 15 web pages open, about 20 Word docs and 3 Excel spreadsheets and compared to my work computer, this laptop was lightning fast and there was no dreadful loading times. This by far the fastest machine I’ve ever owned. The battery life lasted over a full day even with me customizing for many hours, playing games and running all the documents. The laptop is light but feels really well built and sturdy. The hinges have just the right tension in them which was a concern due to issues with others in the past In conclusion, every time I get a new laptop I think it as super fast but this one really is the fastest I’ve used. The display is brilliant and bright and extremely responsive. The weight is just right and feels appropriate. The battery is amazing and very customizable with battery settings and the build and hinges are just would I would expect from a well built machine. I plan on buying the Samsung pen to help with tablet use but you can’t go wrong with this!

Fan is loud. Sturdy. Amazing display, heats up fast. Battery life 2.5/5. Performance is just ok.

I purchase this PC for my daughter because she is going off to Med school and she needed a brand new PC that has lots of storage. She chose this one and I purchased it…It does everything you need and more!

had trouble processing with 5+ apps open which I know is quite a few, but I opted in for 16G of Ram so my expectations were high going in i suppose.

The trackpad is inferior to expectations. I’ve found myself being totally dependent on the touch screen sometimes. No better than the 1 from last year. In fact it feels worse.

This laptop is a gift for my wife to replace one six years old. She loves it. The dual mics and speakers makes video chatting with grandchildren much more satisfying.

I bought this in November 22, 2022. Today's date is March 27, 2023. I was a little skeptical about the flimsy thin screen but decided to take a chance. My fault for thinking this thing will hold. Today, I found a long crack from the top to the bottom of the screen. It was not dropped, it wasn't hit with an object or anything like that. I woke up, opened the it up like normal, and there it was, a big, fat, long crack from the top to bottom. Of course, i contacted samsung, and their warranty does not cover this. SMH.

Really nice laptop for the price. My only complaint is the bottom bezel is huge and the device does not look like modern laptops with the thinner bezel

Switching from a Mac to windows and this is the perfect option for me. The trackpad is high quality and feels very sturdy as well as the keyboard.

Got this for sweet price! Camera could be better but this is already the cheapest in its category. Nevertheless everything else is working perfectly
