Very easy to use especially with a Samsung phone. The four pack I bought makes it a lot bang for your buck.

Do not buy this if you have an iPhone. The set up was simple but the only downside to this is that the factory battery didn’t last long. I had to replaced all of them. This is also not water proof, spill yes but not submerge for a long time. It’s a good product to track your items.

It is good, but could be better

I read that the battery keeps working for years, but in my case it was necessary to replace after few months, and after the replacement the tags just lost connection with my cell phone, it was necessary to start everything from ground zero, so it was not really just a battery replacement, but a exercise of patience.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy SmartTag2 utilizes the SmartThings Find network which consists of many other "findable" Galaxy devices that work as beacons by sending out signals. Once these beacons detect a signal from a device that is being sought out by its owner, they will relay that information to the SmartThings Find network; allowing you to see the approximate location of where your lost SmartTag2 last transmitted its signal.
