When the tracking works with camera it is nice but the app has crashed on me a few times and worked only a couple times to use camera to show where the item is. Seems to only work if you are far enough away. The biggest downside for me is that it does not integrate into Google's ecosystem forcing you yet again to use Samsung's. This would be a nice tag if opened up to more androids. Ideally it is 3.5/5 but will give it a 4 since I don't feel it deserves a 3. With all this said, I bought these on sale for $75 and price matched to $70. At under $20 a tag, this is decent. Tougher sell at full price with all limits and Samsung ecosystem.

Great item to have. I put it on my kids shoes or backpack and can keep track of them on my samsung phone. Its peace of mind. Works just as described.

Super easy setup, and so far very pleased with the ability to see where it is at all times. Small and functional!

Love these smart tags. There is so much they can be used for. They compare favorable to Apple tags. Obviously, putting them in luggage when traveling is the primary use. But hiding them in our vehicles allows for tracking in the event of theft. (I need to ask if my auto insurance provides a discount.) My wife and I can easily know where the other is just by sharing the smart tag on each other's app.

I purchased this tracker so that I can keep track of my luggage as I travel. It's accurate with location and it will notify you if you leave it at home. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent accuracy, easy to install and also fast.

I have used Apple Air tags, Tile trackers, and now the Samsung Tag 2. Apple tags were ok, but you are limited to 20 total tags/devices per Apple account. In our smart device world, why is there a limit? Tile trackers were very hit or miss with accuracy. The Samsung tags are my favorite to date. You can have up to 200 devices per Samsung account. The GPS accuracy is much better.

Item has worked well especially for tracking with your Samsung phone. Please note the camera option to locate seems to not work for the s25 series, but you can still locate using the traditional sound or compass.

Works fine, but sometime the location is not updated. I read that the battery keeps working for years, but in my case it was necessary to replace after few months, and after the replacement the tags just lost connection with my cell phone, it was necessary to start everything from ground zero, so it was not really just a battery replacement, but a exercise of patience.

Great way to help me find my keys and my wallet. I just get my phone and go to the app and hear the sound
