Good and functional i recommend it Excellent product

Setup was easy, my son made a samsung account and then he was able to share it to my account so we can both be able to track his medical bag if he leaves it somewhere. We haven't had to use it yet, but it worked at setup.

I had these for a while now they are very useful i found my lost keys a few times around the house now.

My only complaint with this would be the finish of the product. They are definitely not as durable as a airtag. I personally like the design, features, and funtion, but i would recommend getting a case if you expect to get a long life out of it. Overall good!

I bought this so I can track my son so I know he is safe. I put it in his uniform pants. This tracker do not pinpoint the place he is only the vicinity. It pulls off of other phones he is near. So, instead of giving me exact address when he is in school, it will give me across the street from school or near the school. It only seems to give me the exact address when I am physical at his school with my phone.

I love these. I can't wait to use them in my baggage for our next trip.

Seems accurate to locate an item once connected. All connected for me by Geek squad . Easy for Best Buy to connect for you before you leave the store. May not be as easy for a regular petson to connect and name

Setup is extremely easy as long as you already have the SmartThings app installed. The tag works as intended. It will check-in every so often to log it on the app. Bring able to view the tags history is great.

SmartTag2 works great! If you have a galaxy phone this one is for you! Better location than the T*le tracker and shows tracking history without extra fees. Much easier to set up and plays well with Alex@.

Works great for tracking items. I wish it was a little more smaller lick the AirTags from apple, but overall great.

The tag is absolutely clutch when it is needed I never had an issue with it and it assists me and my wife who constantly misplaces things and finding our keys
