You can look at the travel log for each one. With the Best Buy bucks i earned for buying from Best Buy, brought this 4 pack down to a $7 purchase, so while i haven't found any negatives yet, the cost will keep the 5 stars up for a little while. My wife would have never found her keys recently, had she not attached one of these tags to her keys. It was a life saver that day.

The accuracy has been off just a few times but only by less than 500 feet. I love that I can get a history report daily. The tag is very well made, strong and highly durable. Happy with my purchase

We appreciate your feedback as we improve the functionality and design of our product line. The SmartTag2 utilizes the SmartThings Find network which consists of many other "findable" Galaxy devices that work as beacons by sending out signals. Once these beacons detect a signal from a device that is being sought out by its owner, they will relay that information to the SmartThings Find network; allowing you to see the approximate location of where your lost SmartTag2 last transmitted its signal. Other Galaxy users that are participating in the SmartThings Find network help with updating your SmartTag2's location within the app. We would be more than happy to assist you with what you may be experiencing with your device, but we need a few more details before we can do so.
