This is a fantastic product. I purchased it on Black Friday when a Best Buy Representative mentioned multiple items on sale due to the holiday. I have used the first generation smart tag. This second generation smart tag is even better. I love this product. It has already come in handy. I lost my keys recently. This product is worth the purchase.

I have these practically on all my important things. My wife took my car to work one day and we needed to swap cars again. I was easily able to locate my car because I had one of these in it. Saved me from getting lost in her offices parking lot and navigate off her directions.

Love that you can create custom functions for it. Bought it to help with my elderly grandmother and set it up for her to use in case of a emergency or she’s lost etc.

General operation, perfect in 3 of the 4 that I bought, 1 does not work even though I replaced the battery, one con that the store did not inform me is that they only work with Samsung equipment and not with any Android device, as they did tell me.
